NYT today was particularly full of interesting stories about a whole host of countries. I skim alot but read several stories. I found no bias in the reporting today. To compare the NYT to ann coulter or michael moore for that matter is just plain dumb. I guess this thread should be renamed the dont confuse me with facts thread. You are a bright guy Brian. Read todays Times. I challenge you to find bias in any article in the main section. You may find something as i do not read every article in its entirety. Most days there is little I can find. And the only criticism i find is from anti-NYT blogs who find an occasional article that they attack. I have found a few from time to time myself. But if anything since the dan rather stuff, they have been very, very careful. I give credit to folks who make them toe the line. But the paper as it exists today is about as good as it gets and i challenge anyone to give me an alternative and not fox or cnn which are both shoddy journalism at its worst. As to your main point, apologies to Bill. There was no need for me to get personal. When i said stoopid i was joking--the rest got a little mean spirited.
