A note to all the greens on the thread. I bought a new car today. I bought a four cylinder, something that would never have occurred to me but for the global warming discussions we had a few weeks ago. I would have dismissed that alternative out of hand. But the discussions left me receptive to the idea and when someone commented that the "four" had plenty of "oomph," I took a look. You will be pleased to know I will be getting a few more miles to the gallon, and running on non-premium gas, to boot. For all you incrementalists/nibblers, the global warming crisis is hereby solved, thanks to you. <g>
