I think JT filed the personal bankruptcy to protect his personal assets, and that may have had something to do with the Big Plastics companies that were trying to hose over PLNI about the molds, etc. - with an eye on stealing the company. JT has certainly put his on millions on the line keeping the company going.

JT has since emerged from personal BK, and it was not a punitive action against him that resulted from operating PLNI. So, it probably has no business in the filings. I'm sure some SEC regs nitpicker will provide an analysis of it all soon.

Follwing the PLNI saga is a bit like watching the British Bulldogs on WWE. JT and BH are eventually going to tie the Hulking Hooligans up in a bow-knot and throw their arses out of the ring onto sputtering Mean Gene Pinworm's announcer's table..!!!

John :-)

Good catch. I misread. I thought it meant had management been involved in a bankruptcy. Obviously, that has nothing directly to do with PLNI since they are their own entity.....my bad.

Any idea about the preferred conversion?
