PFE could announce bid for SEPR tomorrow and it would take 6 months to close. I wonder if that is ok from non-compete standpoint.

Fred, I think Pfizer would consider Sepracor as being immaterial. I think brokerage analysts are looking for a rescue for Sepracor. Pfizer has enough new products hitting the market. We'll see what happens.
