I'm going with the "limited evidentiary value" caveat. As should you.

After the history of this whole thing, including the yellowcake forgeries and Chalabi and Curve Ball and Judy Miller, yadda yadda yadda -- you can believe what you want to believe but I ain't believing nuttin' until there's better proof than some document found somewhere written by who knows who.

If you're arguing that nobody's going to pay the price for being wrong -- maybe so. I think it was a miracle that Bush squeaked by in 2004 and I wouldn't count on a replay.

But I could be wrong.
