If you believe that, then the corollary (sp?) is that PFE is walking away - SEPR/PFE cannot keep silent on a merger for that long and the sale (if there is one) is now. I said a while back that I thought SGP might be a good buyer given its large SG&A operation (now under-utilized with Claritin situation).
