Well, it said that the 1,000,000 preferred gave him the voting power of 7.3 billion common (left the "billion" out on my first post). That makes me think that the conversion would be 7,300 to 1. I know that sounds bad....and it is....but I have seen worse. Perhaps rrufff knows the answer.
