Bushies cheat in elections. Bush-Rove stole the last two.
And before you deny that, look at the evidence.

No one has used and abused our troops and 9-11 emergency more for political gain than Bushies. Every time they are rightfully criticized they counter "you're not supporting the troops", as if corrupt politicians like Bush-cheney, who never went near a battle field, but used 5 deferrments and daddy's name to go AWOl from the Guard are "the troops".

Also, whose pisspoor planning (actually no planning at all) for the post-invasion after "Mission Accomplished" got 2500+ US troops killed and over 20,000 wounded plus squandering some 500 billion dollars of tax payer money only to increase terrorism worldwide 400% and push Iran and Palestine into extremist hands? Bush-Cheney-Rumsfield. Three men who profit off war and use it politically to crack down on civil liberties in the US and grab more money and more, but who have never risked their lives for their country.

Who are Bushies smearing now? Rep. John Murtha was in the Marines for 37 years. He joined at the bottom of the ladder as an enlisted man in 1952 out of an obligation to serve his country during the Korean War. In training he was awarded the American Spirit Honor Medal, given to fewer than one in 10,000 recruits. He quickly rose through the ranks and was selected to be an officer.

Despite the safety of commanding a company of Marines in the Reserves when Vietnam broke out, he volunteered to return to active duty to fight in 1967 and earned numerous awards, including the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry, two Purple Hearts, and a Bronze Star with Combat “V.”

After his tour of duty, John Murtha was a state representative for five years before being the first Vietnam combat veteran elected to Congress in 1974. He remained in the Marine Corps Reserves until 1990 and achieved the rank of colonel, earning Meritorious and Distinguished Service Medals along the way.

On the other hand, there are two men in the White House who have never known what it is like to be in a war zone, except for a few carefully staged photo ops far away from any danger. Bush did everything he could to stay out of Vietnam by flying planes over Texas... when he felt like it. Cheney was too busy getting five different deferments during the war to have the time to even bother joining the National Guard. He apparently never learned how to accurately fire a shotgun, either.

Despite shameful allegations from the White House that Murtha “may be with you for the first few bullets but won’t be there for the last tough battles,” his experience, dedication, and expertise with the armed forces are unquestionable. Murtha says we need an exit strategy for Iraq while Bush refuses to establish a plan for victory.

If you value your life or your nation's defense, isn't it obvious who you would choose to lead your platoon or your country in a time of war?

Bush-Cheney also lied like rugs about WMD and Al Qaida connections of Saddam, none of which existed. A big fat zero. In fract the iraw of today is more of a threat to our security and everyone else's than it was under Saddam. That is three years after Bush proclaimed Mission Accomplished and basically told our troops that they'd finished the job.

Also take note that Cheney's own company Halliburton is both the single largest profiteer and the single biggest cheater and over-charger in the Iraq War. And since they blundered into Iraq, oil and gasoline prices have nearly doubled. Mission accomplished for them all right.

And who is happiest of all they're in Iraq? Al Qaida.

The war in Iraq was over in 2003. Remember your fearless chickenhawk leader Dumbya himself did a victory parade walking like a chimp on an aircraft carrier then?

The war was over. We are a country in occupation of another country now. And I don't know about you, but most people on this planet don't like their land being occupied by a foreign power. The Iraqi resistance will exist as long as the Iraqi occupation exists.
