Yard... "informal SEC inquiry" ... Thats like a IRS field Audit? Thats when you go to your mailbox and find a letter from the IRS and they have already scheduled you an appointment to voluntarily bring your records in for inquiry... That can make your heart skip a couple of beats.LOL ARTICLE I: informal inquiry; Thats when the SEC knocks on your door and politely ask if they can come it for some tea and ask you some relevent questing pertaining to your business affairs as a public company.
