Ok - there could be an injunction. If I was an operator, I would rather go through the development process on my new phones with a company like Samsung and LG and Motorola that have a clear license. In the end, the uncertainty hurts Nokia as much or more than Qualcomm because Qualcomm can give share to others. Nokia has to gets its critical WCDMA patents from Qualcomm. This crap about number of patents is just pure BS.
