Siemens License

L,

Siemens IS-95 CDMA SE license was signed in July 1996 and in 2002 the cross-license was modified to include infrastructure as well as subscriber equipment including multi-mode chipsets. When they exited the terminal business some of Siemens 3GSM SE patents were transferred to BenQ and they retained their network patents. Some applicable patents also may have travelled erlier with the Infineon spin. They remain an infrastructure licensee of QUALCOMM.
