anyhow. I think PJ has said that he would be prepared to restructure the company if that's what it took, but not likely to be the same structure as the original spinco. Any suggestions?

From what little i know, qcom will continue chugging along, not talking much or getting into a pissing contest with nokia. They will allow the markets to judge by results regarding who are the winners and losers here. As for qcom and nokia "Revenge is a dish best served cold" and i am sure there will come a day when we get to see this dish served.
