Tsk, Derek. I'm not talking about arguments, not even as set forth by Pollack, I'm talking about legal justifications under the laws of war. You're going to be a lawyer, you know the difference between argument and law

Psst, CB. The UN Resolutions regarded WMD, and that's what the Admin targetted its arguments to. That doesn't mean that was the only argument made for the invasion. The Admin wasn't going to go on CNN and announce that they intend to democratize the entire Middle East and moderate Islam.
