Wow - as a tout, you make a great apologist. I'm impressed.

You just spent several paragraphs saying, without an iota of thought, substance of reference, basically that there

1) is no case against XMSR and that further the attorneys fees and time will be insignificant

2) "What me worry?" about FTC, FCC, SEC issues and possible investigations

SIRI made a business decision and now can go on and survive and thrive. It's that thinking that enabled them to climb out of the water, grab Stern, bite the bullet, and, if the trend continues, leave XMSR dead "in the water."

PS Have you seen the latest downgrades on XM subs? Not so with SIRI subs.

The RIAA & the shareholder suits could drag on for years and the effect on XM's "bottom line" would be totally immaterial unless they lost.

How high could a cost go and still in your opinion be considered totally immaterial?
