Hawk,

What's your view on the 1-10 RS?

I'm fine with 1-10. If there's this magic $10 price for institutions, we'll be above that. If there's not, then it doesn't really matter. It'll be nice to have earnings reported at a level that's "countable".

In the end, it's just a blip. The key is going to be whether sales and profitability continue to improve. That's what will drive the price higher regardless of whether it's at $1.20 or $12 or $120. Personally, I think it's time now to see some real revenue growth that flows to the bottom line.

Dave

My experience with reverse splits has not been good. The threat of the reverse split has been having a negative effect on this stock since it was first rumored. Every time the stock had a positive run the rumor would circulate, and you know the results.

You can see the results now that it is a fact. Hope for the best but prepare for IIP to be under $10 per share after the reverse split.

Volatility will be up after the reverse split, and we could see some big jumps up in price as positive earnings are released, but don't expect funds to jump on this one until Internap gets finished selling new shares. I expect them to issue new shares to reward themselves, and settle debt, ETC.

I am long the stock, and I see great potential for the future.

I did find some positive information this morning.
