That is an incredible piece. Thanks for posting it. Irrespective of one's views on the issues hotly "debated" here, I can't imagine anyone who would read about the likelihood of a nuclear terrorist attack and not be in fear. Futhermore, I can't imagine that anyone would disagree that the steps outlined need to be taken and taken NOW. There are plenty of excuses and blame for all sides, but, do we fiddle and seek scapegoats, while Rome burns?
