Intensify training for the Iraqis and equip the new Army and police and redeploy over the hill. Keep an eye on things in case the "terrorists" prevail, it's obvious to everyone that they cannot. Then let Iraqis govern themselves. Bush has consistently said that we are there to fight the terrorists in the streets fo Iraq. Bush has invited the Al Qaeda to Iraq to fight him there just like he challenged his Dad to come out on the street to fight him. If the US just leaves Iraq(which the Bush propaganda machine terms it as "cut and run") then the Al Qaeda will leave Iraq also.
