What you talked about is true for poor, uneducated folks. But for rich folks, legalization of polygamy is probably the best way to increase baby production. Rich men don't want divorce but want more wives and babies. How many men don't want more sex? If polygamy is legalized, then divorce rate will go way down. Donald probably doesn't want to divorce every wife he has had. But he has no choice if he wants to have more children and have sex with different women. Each divorce costs him dearly. But it's a cost he is willing to pay. Not many men can afford getting a divorce every 5 years like Donald and marry another young woman. So they are stuck with the same old wives, who won't be able to reproduce due to age factor.
