Why else would he beg China, Russia to solve his North Korean headache, when it is clear that they have no intention of helping and in fact, are enjoying the fact that North Korea has become a pain in Dumbya's butt??!! He does not understand that a country with nuclear power is addressed differently than one without. These guys do not think...at all.
