Gottcha . the punchline to all this is the government has stamped on health costs but has not done squat to control "legal spending "
Land claims , Air India , Picton are examples of how much money can get pulled out of the public hands. Multiply that by a 100,000 other cases and you get an idea how nuts it has become.

A cap on the cost of any case would speed up the whole process and not affect the outcome by much.
