I wish the government would take off the gloves in their treatment of the NY Times.
1. Enlist the HORDES of government lawyers and start filing suits of every kind against the paper and its chief editors. (whether the suits win or not is unimportant, just tie them up in knots)
2. Enlist the FBI and other governmental agencies to INVESTIGATE the NY Times for UNAMERICAN ACTIVITIES and file felony suits whereever possible to attempt to JAIL the top management and editors of the NY times.
3. Enlist the IRS to audit every single thing about the NY Times and every top editor personally for improper tax reporting.
4. Enlist the SEC to investigate every aspect of their financial reporting for possible misdeeds.

To work this has to all be done SIMULTANEOUSLY, I think this will either bring them to their knees or put their top people into such distress they have to retire for health reasons such as high blood pressure, bleeding ulcers and the like.

THIS is what I WOULD LIKE as an AMERICAN CITZEN. jdn
