Bush is the biggest deficit spender in the history of the planet. Not only has he never vetoed a single over-spending bill but he's supported no accountability or oversight to the deficit spending. Plus, the only things he's threatened to veto were congress stopping Dubai Ports taking over our ports (Bush quietly slid that deal through while no one was watch so now the Arabs own our ports) and stopping torture. Toreture has been proven to get unreliabke intel like the total BS they got from Al Tippi about Saddam being involved with Al Qaida.

Notice Bush only cares about this issue when his party's in trouble going into an election. Ditto for illegal immigration, private property rights and a whole host of other issues people actually care about. And Bush hasn't done jack about the doubling of oil prices, the rampant corruption in his party nor getting our troops out of the deadly quagmire in Iraq which he misled them into. Those are the three biggest issues along with immigration.

Lets hope that some form of spending restraint finds its way into federal government. Of course Democrats will attempt to block it.
