i lived in albany for a spring and summer , took a quick trip up northway house hunting to some development not very far from albany , it was in snow belt , which i never heard of before. almost every house had the bottom panel on garage doors rotted out. the real estate person said oh that is the snow , they do not shovel out the driveways in winter as it snows very often. Most times they only clean out enough to park the car. i didn't go back to the area. g
