Those in Buffalo seem to think unless it snows more than 3' at a time, it's no big deal. And truly, it wasn't because they do have the equipment to get all the mess off the roads quickly. Out here in Seattle, two inches at a crack, sends most of the natives into hysteria and they load in the supplies for a few days. The biggest difference is that 1) we don't have the snow equipment, and 2) we have LOTS of big hills...the Easterners call them mountains....<ggg>
