This guy holds an every Wednesday Neo lunch meeting, Cheney/Rove are a frequent speakers and the guests are the Republican "brain trust" (or spin doctors)... Grover and his ATR are at the very heart of this Republican BS. The only reason he hasn't been busted is that he is SO connected. Watch, if Grover goes, the "game" is over.
