You are presuming the public would oppose such an action. All the public I KNOW are really upset with the New York Times and DETEST the publications actions. Many I know would SUPPORT SHUTTING THE NEW YORK TIMES DOWN COMPLETELY. jdn

Nothing to stop grass roots action from readers and advertisers, though. The NYT needs to be grabbed by the collar and smell the breath of people who think they can take the First Amendment route to disabling this country.


That would hand the Dems a heck of an issue for '08. AG had better not fall for it.
