Same here JDN. A majority of my friends & relatives believe the NY Slimes has crossed the line. More than half of these folks are Dems, many of whom voted for Kerry (fortunately only a few of them are moonbat leftists like those here on SI). I personally would like to see them prosecuted. I've seen several well made arguments as to which laws could be used to do it with by former prosecutors & lawyers. IMO, it's no more protected speech than it is to yell "FIRE!" in a crowded theater or to give classified info to a foreign country. Besides, if they aren't prosecuted we are telling them to go ahead & continue aiding & abetting the enemy.
