i was replying to a question of the group was basically harmless. my point was gangs can be harmless until they are not. it was an example to a reply from another poster. it seems an fbi agent who spent six months under cover reported his findings along the way with taped recordings.. some folks higher up decided it was in the publics interest to stop these men before some harm came. ot. oh, we had two shootings this morning at penn's landing. I expect you have penn's landing down as one of the places you would avoid in Philly?
