This is designed to make you gradually ever more homesick.

The green fields you see here are not trees, but giant green potatoes that are consumed only in idaho. idahopotato.cc

I was a big fisherman in my youth and have done almost every kind of commercial fishing there is on the west coast. But I had a fishing buddy when I was teaching school in California who was so much better than I at fishing that when we fished a stream in the Sierra I would be first, so i would get first shot at hungry fish as we moved downstream and he would still out fish me 2 to 1.

I never found anything in Alaska as pretty as the Sierra mountains.
