I do empathize with your frustration at being lied to by the members of the current Administration. However it would be proper for you to refer to Cheney as Dick "FU" Cheney since it is fact that Cheney used the expletive on the Senate floor. I think it would be proper to refer to him that way to highlight a fact instead of a personal opinion through the use of expletives. The folks who thought that it was not right for Clinton to use the Oval office for personal sexual favors and then lie about it are absolutely mum on Cheney's behaviour on the Senate floor where members are expected to observe a sense of decorum.
