Srexley, I remember a movie, or TV show, that was titled "Bag Of Bones" quite some time ago. I remember it because the lead was played by Wes Studi, who is a Cherokee that played the Pawnee war chief in "Dances With Wolves" who was killed by the old men and women in the stream close to the Lakota camp site. I had met him in 1987 when he was making a movie in Santa Fe, NM, and he and I had some very good conversations when they were not shooting. The movie was called "Longarm" but it never got into a theater. The producer, and director, were stupid, and knew nothing about westerns. They had a posse riding after an outlaw, and one grizzled old westerner turns to another and says "The thief really has a propensity to steal horses". What cowpoke ever heard the word "propensity"?? =8^)

Not all tribes with casinos have the same problems of the Wintu, and it is tragic what those people had to go through to prove themselves.
