PLNI could post a copy of the auditors' letter on the company web site, disclaimers or not. They could also include it in a press release covering the SEC inquiry and in an associated form 8-K. Interesting they reissue their financial report yet fail to include a copy of this very important letter. I'll bet it has all sorts of disclaimers in it. I notice James N. Turek has updated his signature to 16 Jun 06 on page 12 of the filing. That could be significant if PLNI has actually issued common stock since March 31, 2006, which I believe PLNI has said did not happen. otcstockinfo.com
