Thanks Tadsamillionaire, good information to study in Depth...basically on the surface it appears to be empire building by the US and I don't see my Country joining VOLUNTARILY unless this regime in the US is tossed and the US becomes a Democracy with free and fair elections..once the citizens in my country find out the truth of thier present Prime Minister's commitment he will be tossed fast..we have a multi party system and his party does not hold a majority! In Mexico where I live at present they are just ending thier first real Democratic elected presidency since thier very first..and one of three contenders for the next presidency says he will take Mexico out of Nafta (under whose umbrella this concept couched!).. TIme will tell.
