I wouldn't put me in there with those two grizzled vets of the mines and metals investing game. I've only been at it for 18 months.

And at this point I'm only up 10% for 2006. Given that my goal for this year is 70%, I've got some work to do.

Tell you what, if I can pull that off, I will deem myself worthy, if only on probation, of the company of marcos and onepath, aka The Commandant and The Guru.

This is a bit hard to get thru, given that it is actually a power point presentation translated into HTML. But it is the geology and mines of Canada's biggest "camp" discovery of the last 60 years, Hemlo. This was in 1980.

Now this is a similar situation happening in Quebec in what they call the Opinaca region.

It hasn't been deeply analysed or even talked much about on this thread, partly because most of the people following plays do not do it from a regional geological standpoint. However it is as good a play as what followed in the 90's from the Pogo deposit of Teck.
