When the President of the United States declares himself to be above the law, you have dictatorship. Torture is unAmerican -- to the core, pure and simple. We kicked Saddam out of Kuwait because he had no right to be there, just as we have no right to be in Iraq today. World War II was America at war with countries who attacked us. The invasion of Iraq has nothing to do with the war on terror. Saddam posed no threat. Bottom line -- America is defined by its values -- you are destroying those values. You are destroying America, not defending it.
