Casey is the commander on the ground Bush said he was letting dictate his decisions. Bush lied.

Bush lied again when he said "when they stand up we will stand down". Bush is sending MORE troops to Iraq now despite the fact the Iraqi army has ballooned to 250,000 men in the past two years. SO when do "we stand down"? We don't, under Bush/ Bush continues lying and breaking his promises.
