one of the T&Cs in Buffets donation, was that either Bill or Melinda had to be running th foundation. Dunno what happens when they expire.

So I think he will make sure that his philanthropy is leveraged to success in his global health initiatives. No corrupt governments tolerated, I would think. The Western Govs have poured a couple of trillion into third world ratholes in an attempt to make things better. And they are worse. Gates wife and his family are also Liberals, so you can watch them do the same. Gates has just watched the failure of his attempt to improve the school system because he hired people with the same educational outlook as the rest of the PHD ED crowd. They have admitted failure and are attempting other things, but they haven't changed their stripes. They will not attempt the restructuring needed because it would go against what they believe.
