but given the history of the last few years, it would be Bushes luck that our attempt to intecept would fail.

But that's the beauty of this situation.. Kim Jong Il isn't sure either...

However, Kim can't risk a shoot-down, and Bush doesn't particularly want to risk a miss...

But the technology should be advanced enough to take it down in boost stage, once it's out of the borders of N. Korea..

They may have to use a half-dozen PAC-3's to accomplish it, but it should be possible.

And were it shot down, it might be enough to nudge Kim into the negotiating table..
