JCP, It's the Japanese population that might force their government to go nuclear.

Think about that for a second. Why would the Japanese, with a long modern history of being anti-nuclear after Hiroshima, want to go nuclear all-of-a-sudden? And how would that sit with Korea and China, given the history of enmity between them and Japan?
