Right:

It boils down to one concept: Noblesse Oblige. Those who have been educated in thier obligations know that it is a matter of individual responsibility. It is each individual with means' responsibility to provide others with an opportunity to earn a living. It is each person's responsibility to expend the effort to provide for themselves.

Neither of these can be delegated to government and have a whole person remain.

That is why the Hallywood liberals are just a hollow shell calling for someone else to please fix every problem. I laud them for being active, but using their own resources to fix the problems they identify is the responsible way to dispatch their obligations.

(noh-BLES oh-BLEEZH) The belief that the wealthy and privileged are obliged to help those less fortunate. From French, meaning “nobility obligates.”
