John since I can't post on your Bulls board and I know you read this board... I welcome you to answer this question? John Hollen did you notice that Turek claims he holds 15.9 percent of the OS but states he only has 221,936,374 shares on page seven! James N. Turek's 15.9% represents direct and indirect ownership of common shares. ** Mr. Turek has controlling interest ofPlasticon International, Inc. with 1,000,000 Class B Preferred shares which gives him voting rights equivalent to an additional 7.3 Billion common shares. Please see footnote in regards to voting interest. 15.9 should represent a much larger number? Why did Equity Link 330,000,000 receive more shares than Turek owns. I have found many discrepencies in this latest filing? whats your thoughts? shorts
