When American liberals try to give fiscal restraint lessons it's akin to Howard Stern scolding someone for using obscene language...both scenarios are hilarious.

What an ignoramus you are. Without lifting a finger I know the Mellons have been very generous. Many creative minds owe their education and many others their livelihood to the Mellons. I cannot comment on the Scaife beneficence.
