Your proposal is nothing more than a "wish", which you claimed earlier not to be interested in. Red staters don't want to secede. We can ban all things like flag burning and gay marriage right here in the good old USA. The red states are pretty unhappy with the Constitution of the United States and the authorities and responsiblities of our current government. No, we aren't. Let them have their own country; with their own Constitution; We already have our own country. It's called the US of A. Your misunderstanding of things is caused by your wish that you lived in Canada or France or Sweden instead of the US. There's no problem with the Constitution, only with the tendency of liberal (those kind of folks who wished America was Canada, France, or Sweden) judges to read their "wishes" into the Constitution. But with a conservative majority (likely to get bigger) on the SC, that may not be such a big problem anymore. I can't boot them out. You got that right.
