Kerri was dishonorably discharged, then he did something for Clinton, who changed it to honorable. I wonder what he did for Clinton

Bush went AWOL and left the Guard two years early to go to Harvard. His family got him out of the Guard and probably out of prison. If he got an honorable discharge it was strictly because his last name was Bush, no other reason. He should have been put in the stockade or drafted into the Army for a mandatory 4 years of combat duty as the AWOL/desertion law calls for.
