Good or Not So Good???

ARS,

<< QCOM has a history of good engineering, good management, good legal defense of its IPR, good business sense, and good profitability. I'm sticking with that. >>

In this family run business of Jacobs, Jacobs, and Jacobs, and before Keitel (although Tony started to straighten it out) they also had a record of very abusive and not very transparent financial engineering.

Sanjay Jha's predecessor was an absolute yahoo and disiute his contributions from a discipline POV Rich Scuzball (a good guy in person) should never have been allowed to speak in public on behalf of the company that made him President and COO.

They also have an abysmal record of strategic marketing, strategic selling, and strategic decision making, and in recent years poor control of their value chain (all related) and the abysmal adoption of CDMA2000 technology speaks volumes to that.

JMHO and FWIW.
