Sulja and Consultech are very tightly and privately held companies - so the Vista umbrella is probably impenetrable.

Vista is irrelevant really, as Sulja's and Consultech's assets wil the "..vended in.." to the new (..formerly LFWK..) entity when the new symbol and CUSIP are issued, as I understand it.
