my 'opinion' is that it was more a 'sin' of omission than one of 'comission' this Admin.. was hoping..for A 'not on my watch' relative to the loss of N.O. if you look at Condi Rices statement about the PDB 8-6-2001 "Ossama DETERMINED to strike WITHIN the US'......... same cover..
