I'm still waiting for the press release from PLNI admitting the SEC informal inquiry. It's usual for companies to put out a PR to explain it to the public, and is usually followed by the filing of an 8-K. Here are some examples - google.com Some of the PLNI longs may actually enjoy being fleeced to enrich Turek - who knows?

OT: Jeff... You might want to take some extra security precautions for your 4th of July "BASH-er" Festival. Looks like RRM and the crew are making plans to crash it?
