No conspiracy at all.

Just consistent application of the same principles in a multiplicity of situations/environments.

For the record, I did not send you a linked article.

Namaste!

Jim

You like to ask people questions with an accusatory/demeaning tone.
Why won't you answer questions?

Not conspiracy, young fella.

Just consistent execution of a specific political philosophy. Theory: Outsource gubment. Let services be handled for profit. Better services at a lower price. Except ooops. Reality: Just the opposite has occurred in every case. Every one. Fraud. Rampant greed. Corruption. Incompetence. Where's the $12 billion lost in Iraq?
