I didn't think the article you pasted and linked supported the comments you offered by way of preface. That's what prompted my post. Your responses seem to confirm my interpretation. You are talking about two different things (fraud related to katrina disaster relief on the one hand and contracts let for disaster-related services, on the other, with the kicker of references to Bush-related persons or entities) I daresay that if one took the took to track all contracts let in relation to Katrina that ties to politicos of all political stripes would be revealed.
